As we prepare to open our Katy location, we're looking for dependable, energetic people who enjoy working with others and take pride in delivering a great guest experience.

The Role

This isn't a traditional cashier position.

Most guests place their orders through our self-order kiosks, allowing our team to focus on what matters most—welcoming guests, packing every order accurately, and keeping service fast, organized, and enjoyable.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome guests with a friendly attitude
  • Assist customers with our self-order kiosks when needed
  • Pack dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders accurately
  • Double-check every order before it leaves the restaurant
  • Organize pickup orders for guests and delivery drivers
  • Keep the front counter, pickup area, and service stations clean and stocked
  • Communicate with the kitchen to keep service running smoothly
  • Support teammates during busy periods
  • Follow Nikubol's cleanliness, food safety, and service standards

Who We're Looking For

  • Punctual and eager to learn
  • Available to work evenings and weekends

Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
