Nikubol is a Japanese-style grilled donburi brand built for bold flavors, fast service, and a meat-first experience. We’re expanding in the U.S., and our POST Houston location is looking for energetic, friendly team members to help deliver our signature bowls with speed and a smile.

Job Overview

As a Cashier at Nikubol, you are the first and last point of contact for our guests. You’ll greet customers, take orders accurately, handle payments, and ensure every guest leaves with a great impression.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient service
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system
• Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments with accuracy
• Assist guests with menu questions and recommend popular items
• Keep the cashier station clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow
• Support the team with light side duties during slower periods

Qualifications

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn menu items and company standards
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
